Bus tour bookings can normally be changed until 27 September. After that date, please contact the organisers.
On 14 October, chartered buses will transport participants between the conference venues. Return travel after the programme is at your own expense.
Registrations may be cancelled until 20 September.
The registration fee includes:
- 14 October: lunch, dinner and coffee breaks
- 15 October: morning coffee, lunch and afternoon coffee
- 16 October: coffee/tea and refreshments on all bus tours (lunch is not included)
