Public art is art of any media or technique displayed in the public realm or art that addresses issues of that which we share. Art can be an object and much more: it can be experiences, social interaction, critical and creative approaches. Similarly, the public realm is not only streets or squares but also social and mental public spaces, which emerge when we meet each other, exchange views and express feelings.
