In 2025, the activities of the cultural centre Hanaholmen, which is intended to promote cooperation with Sweden and Finland, are celebrating 50 years. The government has decided to present a gift to Finland in the form of a permanent building-related artwork to be placed on Hanaholmen. The Public Art Agency has been commissioned to produce the artwork, which will be completed and formally presented in the second half of 2025.
