In the programme series Expanded Narratives in Public Art, we examine how we can understand how historical power relations continue to shape our time. Through a decolonial understanding of our time, that is, through an assumption that a colonial power relationship shapes the present, we want to create a framework for a series of conversations that examines the relationship between decoloniality and public art.
