Fanny Carinasdotter
In her art, Fanny Carinasdotter investigates the spaces that arise when humans encroach upon the landscape and the traces we leave behind us. She works with a documentary approach in her photography, which she combines with interviews and archival materials. Fanny Carinasdotter has participated in multiple exhibitions in Sweden and internationally. Born in 1978, she lives in Umeå.

Tomas Örn
Tomas Örn is interested in how the hierarchy of power over public spaces is created, and how this is challenged by subcultures and civilian protests. He works with the meaning of place from a cultural-historical and artistic perspective. Tomas Örn has a background as an architectural conservationist; he gives presentations about graffiti and is a doctoral student at Luleå University of Technology. He was born in 1976 and lives in Luleå.

Anja Örn
Anja Örn is interested in the varying degrees of publicness of places. Using sculptural forms, she engages with nature and challenges the boundary between industry and landscape. Anja Örn established and runs Galleri Syster in Luleå and has participated in several exhibitions in Sweden and internationally.

Raqs Media Collective
Raqs Media Collective works together as artists, curating exhibitions, editing books, and producing films. They often collaborate across disciplinary boundaries with people from other fields, from architects and computer programmers to authors and theater directors. Raqs Media Collective was formed in 1992 in Delhi and consists of Jeebesh Bagchi (born 1965), Monica Narula (born 1969), and Shuddhabrata Sengupta (born 1968). Lisa Tan has participated in several international exhibitions. She was born in 1973 in New York and lives in Stockholm.

Yuri Pattison
Yuri Pattison works primarily with digital media, video, and sculpture. One theme investigated in his art is the presence of new technology in our contemporary age, which increasingly impacts both how and where we live and work. His practice deals with questions of how our behavior is affected by the development of technology, and how sharing and transparency are expressed online as well as in modern approaches to architecture and work environments. Yuri Pattison has participated in a series of international contexts. Born in 1986, he lives in London.

Eva Stina Sandling
Eva Stina Sandling often combines different materials and techniques. Questions of nature’s vulnerability in relation to humans’ exploitation of resources stand at the center of her practice, as well as how current problems in local settings often reach toward larger global contexts. Eva Stina Sandling has participated in exhibitions in Sweden and internationally. She was born in 1950 and lives in Porsi.
